Davington Primary School

Faversham, Kent

Our Performance

Our aim at Davington is to ensure all children are taught well and have good learning opportunities throughout the curriculum so that every child can make or exceed expected progress.

Pupils take national tests in May when they reach the end of key stage 2. These test skills in:

  • English reading
  • English grammar, punctuation and spelling (GPS)
  • Mathematics
  • The tests last less than 4 hours and your school will get the results in July
  • Parents will receive a copy of their child's results with their child's school report in July

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, assessments did not take place in 2019/20 or 2020/21. As a result of this, the government announced that it would not publish school or college level results data in autumn 2020, autumn 2021 or autumn 2022.  The last available public data is from 2018 to 2019 academic year.  For further information on what this means for the way school accountability will operate for 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22 can be found here.

To view the 208/19  KS2 performance data please click on the link.  The data shows the performance of our pupils at key stage 2 (school years 3 to 6), which are the last four years of the primary phase of education. These figures were published in March 2020 and relate to pupils who completed key stage 2 in the summer of 2019, this data may no longer reflect our current performance.

Further information about our schools performance can be found on the School and College performance measures website.
